Thank You for Joining Us!

As OakBend Medical Center’s largest annual fundraising event, “Patchwork,” as we call it, is representative of the quilt produced, traditionally by our supporter, Pat Hebert, from the sales of personalized quilt squares sewn together to represent the community members and staff who join together in support of our hospital. This year, we will be transitioning to a virtual quilt--a mosaic tile wall--that will be displayed on our hospital's website and will live there for years to come.

Traditionally this event was held in person, but in the last two years, we have moved to a virtual model of the event. Through many generous donations, sponsorships, virtual quilt square purchases, and live auction bids, we have been able to make this event a success for the past nine years. Virtual quilt squares are only $25 and can be purchased directly through our Qgiv event site.

Funds raised from this year’s event will aid in the purchase of new Olympus Endoscopes. This improvement will enable us to more accurately identify and help our patients avoid a number of conditions that can be avoided by early diagnosis.
