For over 20 years, I have found immense motivation and passion in helping others achieve their wellness goals through teaching indoor group cycle classes at the YMCA. Group exercise at the YMCA is so much more than just a workout—it's a place where community is built, lifelong friendships are formed, and everyone is welcomed, no matter their fitness level.
This year, I’m thrilled to invite you to another unforgettable event! We’re bringing together the Fall River and Swansea YMCA branches at Canned Heat Brewery in Fall River. Let’s unite in raising funds for our incredible communities, ensuring that everyone has a “seat” at the YMCA.
