I am participating in the Lowcountry Food Bank's annual Walk to Fight Hunger. On September 18, I will walk to raise awareness of the issue of food insecurity in the Lowcountry.  Currently 11.4% of Lowcountry residents struggle with access to fresh and nutritious food and 1 in 5 children do not know where their next meal will come from.
