We are inviting you to take a walk with us (dogs and children included) on Sat, April 12th at 10a in uptown CLT for a great cause. A $10 donation gets you into the Pet Palooza walk (and all the fun things going on at Truist Field after) and goes straight to the Charlotte Humane Society. We have made a Team, "Strut Fur Strays" to have a fun group for the event. We will be raising money in the Team's honor, but there is no more commitment from you than the $10 sign up and to come have some fun with us. Why we do this? Besides our general LOVE for dogs.... the newest addition to our family, Thor, who has brought nothing but joy to us and is just an awesome all around dog, was hours from being euthanized due to over popluation. Every day we have him we are more and more grateful to have him and it makes it impossible to imagine him not getting a chance to live the life he deserves. It is organizations like the Charlotte Humane Society that make this available for so many dogs, so we jump at the chance to support them anyway we can.
