Empty Bowls 5K | May 26, 2018 | 4:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: If you register on-line after Noon on May 25^th, you will need to pick up your bib and t-shirt on Saturday, May 26^th beginning at 1:00 PM. If you register on-line before Noon on May 25th, you can pick up your t-shirts and bib at Fleet Feet Sports on Friday, May 25^th from 4:00 PM to 7:PM. You can also register in person at Fleet Feet sports.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION ENDS AT MIDNIGHT ON MAY 25^th. In person registration will begin Saturday, May 26^th at 1:00 PM outside the Bio Tech at Bailey Park.

The Empty Bowls 5K Crit Run/Walk, presented by Allegacy Federal Credit Union, is an exciting, new addition to the Winston-Salem Cycling Classic, offering a unique opportunity for walkers and runners to follow the same criterium race loop that the cyclists will be competing on throughout the weekend. 5k Course Certification Number: NC18018DF.

It's 5-o'clock somewhere! Join us after the Empty Bowls 5K for a complimentary cold-and-refreshing craft beer (21+ and older) by Incendiary Brewing Company, Winston-Salem’s newest brewery coming to Bailey Park. Men's and Women's professional bike races, food trucks, and a concert at Bailey Park will follow the Empty Bowls 5K Criterium at 5 PM --all part of a jam-packed weekend of excitement, starting with the Gears and Guitars concert Friday night and continuing through Monday when international cyclists will compete.
