Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the Pucks for Autism 2021!
We are participating in this event to raise funds for programs that benefit children and young adults impacted by Autism. One of our primary goals is to help raise funding to help purchase adaptive playground equipment for Fairhaven School in Mundelein. Fairhaven School is a public therapeutic day school serving students in grades Early Childhood through Transition who have Autism.
We know how much SEDOL students and their families need our help and we know what a direct and meaningful impact we can provide. Taking care of the members of our community who are most in need is a responsibility that we all share and one that I am personally committed to.
Donating to Pucks for Autism and supporting my participation in this event is simple, fast, and completely secure, and it is also the most effective way to support our fundraising efforts. Games will be played the weekend of June 25-27th. We would love to have fans, friends, & family come out and support the cause as well having some fun and cheering on Team Grand Appliance! I will post updated game times as we get closer to the event. As of now, Team Grand Appliance will be playing out of the Mt. Prospect Rink.
