Please join us in a Paddle Out and Panel Discussion about Maternal Health and Cardiovascular Conditions in pregnancy at Cowell's Beach in Santa Cruz, California on Saturday May 16th. 

My name is Chelsea Woody, as an RN, Sponsored Surfer For Vans, mom and 3 x survivor of Preeclampsia. I am partnering with the Preeclampsia Foundation and the Family Circle Center to raise awareness about Preeclampsia.

Place: Santa Cruz, California  Cowell's Main beach

Time: 1130pm Meet at Cowell's main beach, 

Bring: Yourself, Board, Wetsuit, beach towel, beach chair, beach gear, change of clothes (if you need to rent a board/ wetsuit please let us know we can help facilitate)

Day of Schedule: 

1130- Opening thoughts/ceremony

1150-Paddle out/form circle

1215- back to beach/community/Swag bag

1300-Panel discussion
