This year Jack's Team returns to Chicago to celebrate twelve years of raising money and awareness for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. As we gear up for the PFF Walk on September 14, we want to thank you for your generous support.
Through your participation in this impactful program, you made a meaningful difference to PF patients and their families. With your support, in the last seven years alone Jack’s Team has raised over $27,000. Through your generosity, that money has helped PFF:
- Respond to more than 6,200 patient, family member, and provider inquiries, answering questions and providing resources such as the Pulmonary Fibrosis Information Guide, the Oxygen Basics booklet, and Clinical Trials: A Guide for PF Patients
- Grow the PFF Community Registry by 1,005 individuals
- Advocate for issues important to the PF community, including the Supplemental Oxygen Access Reform (SOAR) Act that aims to ease access to supplemental oxygen for Medicare beneficiaries
