Register and raise $100 or more, and you'll earn this year's PFF Walk t-shirt designed by Chicago artist Alyssa Low — illustrating how every step, in every place, contributes to breathing hope into the PF and ILD community.
How it works:

- Check your inbox for an email with instructions on how to redeem your t-shirt
- Receive your t-shirt in the mail
Please note: T-shirts are for registered walkers only and are based on individual fundraising. Limit to one t-shirt per person. T-shirts must be ordered at least one month before the PFF Walk to be received by Walk day. All t-shirts will be mailed and will not be available at the PFF Walk. All orders are final. The PFF is unable to accomodate any returns or exchanges. Non-registered donors do not qualify for this program.
Raise $1,000
Champions Club
Unlock exclusive apparel when you register and raise $1,000 or more!
Eligible fundraisers will receive an email with instructions on how to claim their prize after the PFF Walk. Fundraising pages will remain active through the end of the year and prizes can be redeemed through December 31, 2026.
Please note: Champions Club prizes are based on individual fundraising only. Limit to one item per person. Team fundraising totals and non-registered donors do not qualify for this program. The PFF reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or to change the prize at any time. All orders are final. The PFF is unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges.
Raise $5,000
Thank You Sign
Teams and individuals who raise $5,000 or more at least one month before the event will have their name featured on a sign displayed along the route.
Please note: This fundraising award is not available for National Walk Day participants.
Raise $10,000
Team Tent
Teams and individuals who raise $10,000 or more at least one month before the event will enjoy a dedicated space — complete with a reserved tent, table, and chairs — to relax on Walk day.
