Walking together toward a cure
On July 6, 2025, I lost my beloved Grandma. She suffered with pulmonary fibrosis but was a fighter and a real warrior to the end. Her absence has left a void in all our hearts. I've researched for many months learning about pulmonary fibrosis and educated myself and now I want to help and make a difference all in memory of my grandma. Now that my grandma has passed away, I want to continue to honor her, her memory and her fight with pulmonary fibrosis and raise as much awareness as possible and ultimately, I pray, they find a cure. I decided to join the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation and create a page to raise awareness and ask that you all donate and walk with me in honor of my grandma.
In honor and in memory of my grandma, I am proud to be fundraising for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) as we walk together toward a cure for pulmonary fibrosis (PF) at the PFF Walk 2025. Join me in supporting this vital cause by donating to my fundraising efforts.
The PFF Walk supports the Foundation’s efforts to accelerate research, advance improved care for those living with the disease, and provide unequaled support and education resources for patients, caregivers, family members, and healthcare providers. More than 250,000 Americans are living with pulmonary fibrosis (PF) alone, and funds raised by the PFF Walk help accelerate research, empower our community, and transform care so that everyone with PF and interstitial lung disease (ILD) can live a better life.
