Walking together toward a cure
The PFF Walk is for everyone. Whether you are a patient living with pulmonary fibrosis (PF) or interstitial lung disease (ILD), have received a lung transplant, or are a caregiver, family member, friend, or healthcare professional, the PFF Walk celebrates you and your work toward our shared goal of finding a cure.
As many of you know, I lost my mother to this terrible disease in 2021. I miss her every day. Any small step I can take to help raise funds and support patients and families affected by pulmonary fibrosis feels meaningful and necessary. Walking is one way I can honor her memory while helping others who are facing this awful disease.
This year, we will be walking at the PFF Tampa Walk at Gadsden Park in Tampa, FL on April 18, 2026. We would love for you to join us. If you are unable to walk with us, any donation you can make will go a long way in supporting the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation and continuing critical research, education, and patient support programs in my mother’s honor.
