Pink Power @ the PJCC offers the only comprehensive post-operative breast cancer rehabilitative exercise program in the Greater Bay Area.
This innovative program includes:
- Supervision by highly trained medical exercise specialists; pre- and post-program fitness assessments
- Individualized exercise programs designed to produce significant changes in health
- 30-minute private training sessions twice a week for eight weeks; wellness sessions including nutritional guidance
- Ongoing support groups (through our partnership with Bay Area Cancer Connections).
Participants may opt for additional personal training sessions in lieu of a wellness session.

Our number-one priority is—and always will be—the health and strength of our participants, and we know how meaningful Pink is to them. Pink Power at the PJCC participants have demonstrated their resilience, working with their personal trainers during both in-person and virtual training sessions, and adapting their regimens according to their needs.
