As many of you know I have walked in almost every walk  with one of the family dogs (Bear, Amber, Hannah, Rusty, Sunny, Cali and Bailey) since I moved to Florida.

THis years walk means so very much to me, since I am now working for this incredible organization. In 2018, (latest #'s available) we adopted out over 6,000 animals, fostered over 1,700 puppies and kittens, and provided low cost vet care to over 30,000 pets. 

I am in awe of the staff and volunteers and the work that they perform for these animals. Since I joined we have rescued and adopted out 8 dogs from the Bahama's hurricane and just rescued and are in the proces of adopting and medically treating 69 dogs and kittens from Puerto Rico after the hurricane.
