For the past 5 years Bernie's Buddies has walked in memory of my son, Chris.  This year, however, we will be walking not only in memory of Chris but also his goofy and beautiful Bernie.  As most of you know, I inherited Bernie when my son died and I always believe that Bernie rescued me.  This past winter Bernie was reunited with Chris and I dream of them playing frisbee and football together.  It fills  my heart with joy.

We also will be walking in memory of Greta, a beautiful 8 year old pup who recently crossed the rainbow bridge very unexpectedly (the pic is her as a puppy).

I would love to have you join us in celebrating the lives and love of these 3 kind souls by joining our team and/or making a donation.  Although neither Bernie nor Greta were rescue dogs they both served their lives filling hearts with love, laughter and rescuing. ????
