Hurricane Helene made landfall in the US on Thursday, September 27th and left a trail of devastation in its path. Emergency response efforts have been launched to help those whose homes and communities have been destroyed by flooding, road collapses, and mudslides from Florida through the Carolinas. Less than 2 weeks later, Hurricane Milton made landfall in the Tampa Bay Area on Wednesday, October 10th, causing further damage to communities still trying to recover from Helene.
Our pizzeria has teamed up with Slice Out Hunger to fundraise for relief efforts. 15% of the proceeds for our Hurricane Relief pizza will be donated to organizations who are providing direct relief and particpating in the effort to help rebuild these communities.
