Parma Court is a TCHC community located in the area of Victoria Park and O’Connor Drive. It has high youth unemployment and a large immigrant population. It is serviced by O’Connor Community Center and a Family Services Center. The local public school (JK to GR5) serves 220 students from 31 different language groups. This prayer walk is designed to pray for such specific needs of the neighborhood.
