As many of you know, Will and I had the privilege of being part of Gods work in the '80-'90s in Eastern Europe during Communism as well as right after when those "walls" fell. I am so thankful for the open doors that exist there. I am also grateful for MoveIn's work amongst the urban poor throughout Europe. The people who are sharing Christ's love and Life in some difficult places are truly my heroes: in post-communist East Germany, in the far north of Sweden, in Portugal, in the crowded cities of UK, amongst displaced persons in Germany and even in the previously most closed country of  Eastern Europe -Albania.

In the year 2000, our family and another family had the joy of partnering with OM and running two weeks of Kid's Kapers for street children in the city of Durres, Albania. Perhaps some of those same children, 23 years later, are part of what God is doing in Albania today!

In Sept. of this year I have the privilege of travelling to Albania with other Movein staff from Canada and Europe, and would love to see the conference be a huge blessing and impact for all who are attending. Funds are needed to make this happen. There are also many needs and projects which would bring much needed life to those marginalized throughout Europe.
