Bidding

• Registration is required to place a bid.
• Opt in to email/text notifications to know when you've been outbid.
• Use the "Heart" icon on any item to save it to your favorites and monitor the activity.
• Set a "Max Bid" amount to allow the system to auto-bid up to a certain $ amount if you are outbid

Payment

• Self-Checkout: Once the auction closes, you can pay with a credit card via a secure checkout link sent to your phone or email. We accept all major credit cards.
• Other Payment Methods: You may mail a check or deliver cash to MCHPP's Wright Center for Food Security located at 179 Neptune Drive in Brunswick.
• Tax Implications: Only the portion of your payment that exceeds an item’s Fair Market Value is considered a tax-deductible charitable contribution and only in some instances. Please consult a tax expert for individualized advice if necessary.

Retrieving/Shipping Items

• Flat items like event tickets and gift certificates will be automatically mailed to winners free of charge the week of May 18th.
• Bulky or fragile items must be picked up at MCHPP's Wright Center for Food Security located at 179 Neptune Drive in Brunswick.
• All other items that qualify for shipping will be boxed and shipped at the winner's expense. Please see each item's fine print for shipping eligibility.
• Items must be shipped or retrieved within 6 months (11/15/26) or are considered forfeited. Winner's who forfeit their item(s) are not eligible for a refund. Ownership of the item(s) shall revert to MCHPP for the organization's use in future development efforts.

 Fine Print: Please check each listing for expiration dates, blackout dates, or specific redemption rules. MCHPP is not liable for gift certificates, vouchers, or experiences which are unable to be claimed or utilized due to unforeseen business circumstances.
