This year will be my 4th year plunging to help send kids to spend a week at Camp Fitch this summer. Each year has gone a little differently - I exceeded my expectations in year 1, fell a little flat in year 2, and last year had an incredible campaign that saw me surpass my $1,000 goal to hit $1,500 and send two kids to camp, something I was incredibly proud of and grateful for. This year, I'm setting my goal a little higher up to $1,200, around enough for a kid and a half. However, I'm optimistic that with plenty of support I may be able to yet again reach higher, and maybe send two kids to camp once again!

After two years away from Camp Fitch in the summer, I was super excited to be able to return for a week this summer. I was put in a support role, which ended up being a blessing in disguise. Because I wasn't directly responsible for kids, I was able to see more of the amazing work our staff does, more of the wonderful programs Camp Fitch has to offer, and just how many people this place can impact in such a profound way. It was a reminder that there's a good reason we call the Camp Fitch Bunch the Truest and the Best. Every kid deserves a chance to experience the beauty this place has to offer.
