I first started participating in the Polar Plunge 11 years ago. Christine, my sister-in-law's sis, was an active Special Olympics participant and we all initially plunged to support her. Sadly, Christine is no longer with us, but her spirit and the impact this organization have continues to live on. Each year, I plunge in honor of Christine and all the incredible athletes are who part of this community. Your support means the world and helps make a difference for those involved.
