Why am I dipping?

I have dipped one time in person in 2019 when I was 19 years old. I also did the virtual dip last year. Now, I am a registered nurse in the emergency department. I have worked in the ER here for almost 2 years now. I am very excited to be able to dip in person and to see everyone there. Can't wait!

Dipping for a Great Cause!

The Polar Bear Dip has been raising money for River Hospital in Alexandria Bay, NY for over 30 years.
