Sofa King Cold is back for our 3rd annual plunge! We're excited for the 2025 Polar Dip and the chance to be one of the top fundraising teams for the 3rd year in a row! Together Sheila, Don, Litzie, and Jillian have raised nearly $45,000 for River Hospital and are hoping to raise over $20K again this year.

About Us

The girls spent summers growing up together in Thousand Island Park and have been friends for 35+ years. Sheila & Don met at the River, married here in 2013, and relocated to Wellesley Island in 2014. Jillian relocated to the River in 2018. Litzie is spending her second winter at the River and lives here as much as she can throughout the year.
