The Polar Bear Dip is an annual celebration in Alexandria Bay, NY where participants dip into the frozen St. Lawrence River. This celebration allows us to gather in support of River Hospital and raise donations towards new renovations for patient care. This year I'll be joining the celebration as a dipper, testing the late Winter waters...
