2002 - 2020 FROM BEGINNING TO NOW (I DONT THINK THERES ACTUALLY AN END)

I've been involved with Camp Fitch for 18 years, I'm only 27. Whether I was kid enjoying the best week of the year, or some 25 year old freezing his butt off runing activites during winter weekend, I have always loved Camp Fitch.

Camp Fitch is a special place where the people work hard just to see you smile. 75% of all casual conversations I have will contain a sentence that starts with "This one time at Camp...". Memories of Camp Fitch float through my mind all day every day. The time me and my friends spent a whole day at Lake Erie, The crazy cheers we made up with our counselor, the discussion I had with school friends about wanting to be a Camp Fitch Counselor even though it didn't pay as well as being a doctor, the time I was bumped up to be a Counselor after 30 minutes of mopping, the crazy times me and my campers had, the times Kelly has told me my name popped up in interviews with potential staff, and my favorite was seeing my campers become counselors and fleet captians.

Its been a few years since I've worked at Camp Fitch, but I try to kept up with whats going on. I had to grow up and get a "real job." now the Polar Bear Plunge is my main focus when it comes to Camp. Im to old to enjoy Camp Ftich as summer camper, and I've got to many bills and student loans to personaly make someones week at Camp Ftich the best they've ever had. So I Fundraise so kids can have the oppertunity to have the best time at Camp Ftich weather is a week , 18 years, or 100 years.

I sound selfish talking about me, but the truth is I am selfish. "I" wanted to be a counselor so kids could have a great summer, "I" want to share "my" experiances to show how Camp Fitch can impact a life, and "I" am fundraising to help send kids to Camp Fitch.

Please help me support the Fitch for All Initiative -- because I believe in the power of overnight camp first-hand and want more kids to have it.
