On Sunday, March 2, 2025 I will participate in Polar Plunge® Chicago for Special Olympics Illinois presented by Special Children's Charities, one of the city's most popular winter fundraising events! 

I have been a special educator for over 5 years now, working with a multitidue of students who have a varitey of disabilites. This will be the fourth plunge I participate in. This event has been one I look forward to every year. It allows me to continue being a part of the special olympics community and pay it forward to those events that benefit both students and adults. It has been a pleasure getting together every year to see the smiles on everyone's faces as we collectiviely come together as a community towards this cause.
