On Sunday, March 2, 2025, I will join my My Buddy's family to participate in Polar Plunge® Chicago for Special Olympics Illinois presented by Special Children's Charities, one of the city's most popular winter fundraising events!

I will be entering the chilly (possibly partly frozen?) Lake Michigan water and since I met my goal of $200 in a recording-breaking ONE HOUR, I will be fully submerging myself. But don't worry, even though we met our goal, we will keep raising money and there is a new incentive for donors! If we reach over $600 by Saturday, March 1 at 12pm CT, you'll get to see a polar bear in Lake Michigan. AKA...me in a polar bear suit in Lake Michigan.
