Why I Plunge

On Sunday, March 1, 2026, My Dad & I will participate in our 3rd Annual Polar Plunge® Chicago for Special Olympics Illinois presented by Special Children's Charities, one of the city's most popular winter fundraising events! We are excited to take on the challenge once again and jump into Lake Michigan's chilly waters to support thousands of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Fingers crossed for good weather, it was freezing last year!
