Join Pursuit Volleyball in supporting Erika's Lighthouse as we spend the month of May improving our personal mental health and raising funds for this important cause.  Athletes are expecially at risk as we are often too hard on ourselves and feel the pressure to always be perfect.  The competitive arena adds additional stresses as sucesses if often measured by wins and losses.  Our goal is to create awareness to help others while improving on our own positive mindset.

Erika's Lighthouse provides depression awareness and suicide prevention programming in middle and high schools across the country - impacting over 180,000 students this school year.
