The Key Club Positivity Pledge isn't just an opportunity for your peers to join the movement for good mental health. It is an opportunity for your Key Club to take action and create a more inclusive culture in your school.

Each week of May - you will have an opportunity to create change in your school building through our turn-key Awareness into Action Activities. Activate your club members and get started today!

WELL-BEING | Week 1, Self-Care Thursday

  • Complete the “How Do You Feel Today” activity before school, at lunch and after school to get students discussing their emotions and promoting conversations.
  • Give students a copy of the “DIY Stress Ball” activity to complete at home.

GRADITUDE | Week 2, Mental Health Monday

  • Complete the “Wall of Inspiration” activity to motivate and support students.
  • Hand them a “Trusted Adult Worksheet” upcon completion for students to think of who they can go to if they are struggling.

EXERCISE | Week 3, Winning Wednesday

MINDFULNESS | Week 4, Family Friends Friday

  • Complete the “Follow the Footprints” activity.
  • If students find where the footprints lead, hand them a “Now or Later” to encourage them to seek support if they need it.
