Complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks, with Greek-styled butler-served hors d’oeuvre, served alongside a Greek Market Table just brimming with delicacies!

Salad – σαλάτα
Classic Greek Salad (But, Better!): Prepared with vine-ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, onions, extra virgin olive oil & feta cheese.

Entrées – είσοδος
Moussaka – Spiced beef layered with potatoes, eggplant, and béchamel sauce
Souvlaki – Yoghurt marinated chicken over seasoned rice with tzatziki and lemon (GF)
Spanikopita – Spinach and feta wrapped in phyllo pastry
Garides Saganaki – Jumbo shrimp in a spicy tomato, fresh herb, and feta sauce (GF)

Dinner will be served Semi-Family style: With culinary flair, planned for you this evening is a plateful of Greco-goodness, each plate includes both Beef Moussaka, Chicken Souvlaki, and served with seasoned rice and Spanakopita. On the tables and served “family style,” will be the Garides Saganaki and Greek Seasonal vegetables. This creative plating technique stimulates appetites even before the first bite, and guests are thrilled to have four entrees to try in a seating.

Dessert – επιδόρπιο 
Family Style Grecian pastries with coffee or tea service.
Baklava – Phyllo, nuts, and honey 
Galaktoboureko –custard pie
Kataifi – similar to Baklava with shredded phyllo,
Rrevani – honey citrus cake

An important aspect of our upcoming Tour and Pour dinner is, as one might guess, the "pour,"

This is, after all, a wine pairing event, and so the wines that accompany the amazing food we'll be served are to be selected very carefully.

Our guest sommelier for our Pour & Tour to the Greek Isles is David Pinkard, new owner and proprietor of Woodstock Wine & Liquor.

On top of his expertise in wines and liquors (he spent 15 years’ experience with Brooklyn’s “hippest wine & spirits shop” ), David is an accomplished musician.
