How do I register for PRESENCE?

Follow the steps below to register for the event.

1. At the top of this website, select "Purchase Tickets".
2. Select your chosen ticket tier.
3. Click "Continue". 
4. Enter your requested personal information. 
5. If you have a guest on your order, please provide their name, phone number, and email address. If you do not yet know your guest's details, you may leave this information blank. 
6. Click "Continue".
7. Enter your billing information and click "Complete Registration". You will receive a confirmation email. Note: If you do not receive a confirmation message in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.

I can't attend the PRESENCE event but I'd like to participate in the Silent Auction. Can I still bid?

Yes! On the "Purchase Tickets" page, select the "Virtual Silent Auction Registration" ticket tier. This ticket is free. After completing registration, you may browse and bid on Silent Auction items via this website and the Givi app.

What is Givi?

After you register for PRESENCE, you are invited to download Givi. Givi is the mobile donation app guests will use at PRESENCE to bid and win items in the silent auction. The app safely stores payment information for simple one-click bids in the Silent Auction at PRESENCE. Download Givi after you register to be the first to check out the Silent Auction packages - even before the event!

How do I download Givi?

On the App Store or Google Play store, search "Givi Mobile Donations". Download the app.

How do I bid in Givi?

You've registered for PRESENCE and downloaded the Givi app. What's next? You're ready to set up your Givi account for streamlined bidding! Follow the written steps below or consult the video at the bottom for instructions. 

1. Tap on the Givi app. You arrive at a home page:

2. Select "Join Event". Follow the onscreen prompt to enter the email you used to register for PRESENCE. 

3. You will receive a verification code at the email with which you registered for PRESENCE. Enter it when prompted. Note: If you do not receive a notification code in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.

4. After verifying your email, you will are requested to confirm your ticket details. 

5. After verifying your information, you will create your Givi account with a secure password. PHOTO NEEDED

6. Add a payment method to keep on the app for one-click bidding. PHOTO NEEDED

How do I bid on this website?

Don't need another app? That's alright - you can place bids on this website via your computer or smartphone. 

1. At the top of this website, click "Auction Items". The following page appears: 

2. You can browse the available auction items by filter (eg. types of packages), the value of the item, and whether or not the item already has a bid.

3. Select the item on which you'd like to place a bid. The item's page displays the donor, starting bid, value, and bidding increments.

4. Click "Place Bid". If you have not already added a payment method, you will be prompted to do so before you can place a bid.
