• A Regional Access Point to provide Diversion funds and connect families to community resources

• Housing Stability Project and Homelessness Prevention Case Management that provide short-term rental assistance with comprehensive case management for households with higher needs.

• JourneyHome Rapid Rehousing that provides short and medium-term permanent housing placement and stabilization assistance.
