Project Funway is Fresh Start’s signature fundraising event, featuring a creative partnership between UNL’s TMFD students and local designers. Together, they compete to transform repurposed materials into one-of-a-kind runway designs—just as Fresh Start helps transform the lives of the women we serve. This event takes place on Friday, November 7, 2025, at the Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel. This much-anticipated evening will showcase fashion, creativity, and community while raising funds to support women on their journey of transformation and self-sufficiency.
