Event Information
Project Funway is an annual fashion show that benefits Fresh Start. The fashion show is a competition with UNL TMFD designers and open to community designers. The night includes a live interactive slideshow and awards ceremony. Our exciting silent auction, wine pull, Daisy Thrift Shop pop-up boutique, and voting for your favorite designers all support the women of Fresh Start. Light appetizer buffet, cash bar available.
Our evening starts off with shopping at The Daisy Thrift Shop pop-up boutique, and perusing our exciting silent auction items. Then, make your way into the grand ballroom for the program starting at 7:00, followed by the runway competition.
Bid online in the Givi app (in-person or virtually), and help support women experiencing homelessness today. This is Fresh Start's annual fundraiser and our funding needs are greater than ever.
This is our 16th and FINAL year for Project Funway. Our partner program at UNL for textiles and merchandising/fashion design students was shuttered by the NU Board of Regents. 'The Final Walk' is your last chance to attend and support one of Lincoln's biggest fashion events of the year!
