It’s easy! Click on the Home tab at the top of this page then click Register Now! to begin the simple online process.
How will I know that my registration went through?
You will receive a confirmation email.

For Pre Race Day Packet Pick Up it's best to park in the lots at the intersection of Lakeland Hills Blvd and Garden Street then enter the pavilion on the first level by the outside fountain/ roundabout entrance.

Where should I park?
Parking garages on Iowa Street and Main Street will be open and are free on the weekends. Iowa Garage is closest to the event start and finish line and other event activities. There are several lots around the promenade that are free as well. Note there will be 2,000+ in attendance, arrive early to allow time for parking.
Do you need volunteers?
Yes! Volunteers play a critical role in our event. We need help setting up the event, covering the course on race day, passing out awards and more! Click on the Volunteer tab at the top of this page for an all tasks list and for contact information.
What is included in the registration fee?
Each participant will receive a high quality performance shirt at packet pickup and a finishers medal upon completion of the race. Top finishers will receive an award.
If I am not able to attend the race, can I get a refund or transfer my entry?
Entries are non-refundable and non-transferrable. There are no exceptions.
Are headphones, iPods or MP3 players permitted?
For safety reasons, we discourage the use of headphones and other devices.
Are pets allowed?
No pets or animals are permitted.
Is paper registration available?
Paper applications are available at packet pick up. We accept cash or credit card.
Can I sponsor the race or a racer?

Will there be a Kids’ Run?
Yes! It’s free and registration will take place after the start of the 5K on race day at the Registration Tent. Parents or Guardians must register each child to get their runners race number, which is required for the race. Finisher’s Ribbons will be waiting for each child at the Finish Line.
Registration for the Kid’s Run will take place at the Registration Tent after the start of the 5K. Kid’s Run will start after the completion of the 5K. Meet us at the Finish Line where further instructions will be announced.
What is the policy for refunds, transfers or cancellations?
No refunds, no transfers. Race will take place rain or shine.
