I'm running a marathon in October to raise money for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders!
It’s now or never. I’m crossing a big item off my bucket list this year – running my first marathon. And raising money for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) while I’m doing it!
As the Executive Director of Proof Alliance I've had the unique opportunity to connect with individuals and families impacted by an FASD so I'm thrilled to be raising money to support critical programming that improves lives.
Will you support me?
Donate: Whether it’s $1 or $100 – every dollar helps Proof Alliance prevent prenatal alcohol exposure and support kids and families impacted by an FASD.
Spread the Word: Share my fundraising page with your friends, family, and social networks. Let’s spread awareness so we can make a difference together!
What is FASD? Fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) is a common, yet less known, brain-based disability caused by prenatal alcohol exposure. Prenatal alcohol exposure is the leading cause of preventable birth defects and developmental disorders in the United States. FASD is more prevalent than autism, cerebral palsy, and Down Syndrome combined - this brain injury is a lifelong disability without a cure.
