Together We Fight. For Her.
Pink Ribbon Virtual Run
An extraordinary event
in an extraordinary time.
We all know HER.
She's our mom. Our sister. Our grandmother, aunt, cousin, best friend, neighbor.
One day life was one thing. With one call, it became another.
This is a virtual event - for HER.
For the day she hears the news.
For the first time she speaks the words "I have cancer" and cries.
For the day she meets her doctors and care team and hears about treatment.
For the day she spends with her loved ones to share the news and next steps.
For the day she takes her life back from the diagnosis + boldly proclaims she's not her cancer -- she's here to live her life out loud.
For the days she feels alone, overwhelmed, fearful, tired, sick and shows up for her treatment anyway.
For the day she loses her hair and stares into her eyes in the mirror + promises herself - I GOT THIS.
For the wins + celebrations she experiences on the path.
For the times she shatters us with her courage, inspires us with her commitment.
For the loved ones and care givers who stand beside her, lift her, carry her when she can't walk.
And, for some, too many, the day we let her go, when she transitions into something bigger and brighter than we can possibly hold as she goes on to live in our hearts and memories.
This is an event like no other - in an extraordinary time.
We're asking you to match the audaciousness of our survivors and thrivers by participating in this year's Virtual Run.
We're going to light the city pink with beacons of HOPE.
Your dollars help save lives. Mammograms. Diagnostic tests. Resources.
100 percent of your donations stay right here at home in the Inland NW.
Get ready to go Pink.
It's time to show up. For her.
