My Teammates

Freezin’ for a reason

This is year TWO of our team plunging to support a cause that is very important to our family! Last year we plunged together and it was an amazing experience for all those who went! When Courtney was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2023, while pregnant, their family connected with Purple Plunge within the first few weeks after the diagnosis. Courtney is still fighting- and will always be fighting- this terrible disease. This year one of my closest friends who I've known for almost 20 years, Stacy, was also diagnosed and has been going through the same struggles this year as Courtney. My sister was able to also connect her to this local organization and they helped their family as well. 

Each one of us have been affected by cancer in one way or another.  Whether it is you who has battled or is battling cancer,  or that of a dear family member, or close friend.  We may not be able to stop the disease at this point but we can try to help those with this awful disease.  This is why I have decided to join the 11th Annual Purple Plunge.  This great charity is raising money to help those affected by cancer.  Please help me by making a donation, joining my team or coming out to the great event on March 1, 2025.
