Purses for a Purpose is more than a fundraiser. It is a meaningful evening inspired by the resilience of survivors who have courageously left abusive situations, often with little more than the purse in their hand. Through the collection and auction of new and gently used designer handbags, this event raises critical funds to support survivors of domestic violence and other forms of interpersonal violence served by SAFE Family Justice Centers. Every purse tells a story, and every bid helps provide safety, healing, hope, and a path forward for individuals and families rebuilding their lives after abuse.
