IMPORTANT:  Before you start this process, please take a screen shot of your final fundraising page and save it as a PDF. You will need this to complete the Matching process.

PART I – Apply for a PwC fundraising match

1. Please log into Impact Space with your GUID and password
2. Go to the Dollars for Racers section and click on “Apply Now”
3. Click “Start Application” button and search by the Registration ID for JA.  Enter this ID# 13-3031828
4. Select Junior Achievement of New York (it will be automatically added to your application)
5. Enter name of event:  2019 PwC JA of NY Bowl-A-Thon
6. Enter date of event:  Enter the date of your team’s bowl night
7. Enter total fundraising amount (up to $500) that you would like to be matched
8. Enter the following designation (for check memo): This is for 2019 PwC JA Bowl-A-Thon. Please credit these funds to [YOUR NAME]’s fundraising page
9. Enter the link to your personal fundraising page.   
10. Answer the last question (if you agree for your info to be used for marketing purposes) and submit
     

PART II - Recording your match to your Fundrasing Page

This step is very important: Record it as an offline donation on your Bowl-A-Thon fundraising page. If you do not complete these steps, your match will not reflect in your fundraising totals. Here’s how:

1. Select "Log in or Sign Up" in the upper right-hand corner and sign in with your username and password.
2. Under "My Fundraising Tools" select Donation Center
3. Press the "Add Cash or Check" button next to Donations Received. 
4. Enter the amount and for Check Number write "1234"
5. For Donor First Name write "PwC Match from"
6. For Donor Last Name write your first and last name
7. Save Donation!

PART III - Notify Junior Achievement

Once you have completed the above steps, please email Alex at awyatt@jany.org  and let her know you have entered your PwC Match as an offline donation.  
 

Redeem your $10 donation credit to help your fundraising efforts!  

It's easy.  Simply follow steps below:

1. Log on to Impact Space with your GUID and password
2. If you have not yet redeemed your $10 donation credit,  you will see a pop-up reminder
3. Select “Get Started” and then “Choose a Charity”
4. Search by charity registration ID: 13-3031828
5. Select "Market Credit" from drop-down menu
6. Select the $10.00 donation credit (if you're a new hire, you may also see a $25 donation credit)
7. In the Designation section, select "Other"
8. In the open box, type in the following:  2019 PwC JA Bowl-a-Thon
9. In the “Shared with Charity” choose either Name and Email or Name, Address and Email
10. Once redeemed, the $10 donation will be sent to JA of NY at the end of the giving campaign
11. Important immediate next step:  Send an email to Alex at awyatt@jany.org.  In the email subject line, simply type: I donated my $10 market credit to JA of NY and send!

IMPORTANT:  The $10 market credit will expire on December 31, 2019 (no exceptions) Please note that Market Credit may NOT be applied towards the match. 

Not sure if you received a $10 donation credit this year?  Please email pwc-support@yourcause.com and please be specific when contacting them.  For example -  “I am a NYM staff and did not receive my $10 market credit.” or “I am a new hire in the NYM market and need to receive my $10 market credit.”
