On my bucket list of life goals was to run a marathon, I decided I wanted to do this before I turned 40. After becoming a mom of three I quickly decided that this goal was unrealistic. Well, fast forward to my darling and motivational sister being shocked to get a bib in the NYC Marathon lottery and here we come....NYC Marathon 2023! After browsing many charities I found QCP and was amazed at the work this organization does for children and adults with disabilities. As a kindergarten teacher with students with disabilities I often wonder what the future holds for them. It is so amazing to know that there are organizations to help these students become successful adults in our community and provide resources to make this as smooth as possible. I am honored to be a part of this team!
