I am Patrick Oliveros and I am running the New York City marathon with Queen’s Center for Progress (QCP) as my chosen charity to run for!

I have always have a soft spot supporting people having disability disorders as I have personally experienced the struggles and challenges people and their families deal with. People with Disabilities (PWDs) are historically under-valued in the workforce. With QCP's programs that support these individuals, we can provide them with proper training and support that can help them live independently given their circumstances. Supporting a cause and an organization that provides these services will not only help them realize the best of their potentials - being self-reliant, independent, and productive individuals but also providing economic benefits for them and also to their communities!

Together, we can create a world where individuals with development disabilities are celebrated for their unique abilities and have equal opportunities to lead fulfilling lives.
