I am running for Queens Centers for Progress because this organization is truly doing great work by helping kids and adults with developmental disabilities become more independent, get involved with the community and, bottom line, is improving their quality of life. I have worked with many individuals over the years who might not have had these types of opportunities without groups like this providing the education and support in such a caring personalized manner. I feel honored to be able to fundraise and run for the Queens Centers of Progress!
