REGISTRATION AND BIDDING:

In order to bid on quilts or auction items online, you will need to register by clicking the "Register" button on the auction site home page. This will require your name, cell phone number, email address, mailing address, and credit card number. Once you have completed a registration, you will receive the welcome text message or email, linking you to the items to browse, bid or buy.

How to Place a Bid 

To bid on an item, click the blue “Place A Bid” button. The next available bid will be listed in the top box. Edit your bid amount with the plus signs or type it in, or choose a recommended bid. Click the blue “Bid” button when you are ready!

How to Place an Auto Bid

To place an auto bid and to let the system bid for you, enter the maximum amount you want to bid and click the blue “Max Bid” button when you are ready!

Please note: This is not available for the Live Auction quilts, as bidding will only be available in-person. To bid on these items without attending the in-person auction, please contact our office to arrange a proxy bidder!

CATEGORIES:

Using the Categories filter at the top of the item list page, you can filter out the type of items that you are interested in. There are four categories of items:

• Items #100-199 are In-Person Quilts: 100 quilts will be auctioned off in-person at this year's Quilt Auction! These items will be available for bidding only in person, at the Quilt Auction on Saturday, July 27 at 12:00 PM.
• Items #200-399 are Online Auction Quilts: These quilts will be auctioned off online here, available for bidding until Saturday, July 27 at 5:00 PM.
• Items #400-599 are Silent Auction Items: Silent Auction includes a wide variety of handmade and donated items like barn quilts, dish towel sets, gift baskets, and more! These items will be available for bidding until Saturday, July 27 at 4:00 PM.
• Items #600-699 are Instant Items: these quilts and items are available for purchase instantly!

MATTRESS SIZES:

Knowing standard mattress sizes can be helpful in choosing a quilt to correctly fit a bed. The dimensions below are the actual mattress dimensions, not the recommended quilt size.

• Crib: 52" x 28"
• Twin/Single: 75" x 39"
• Long Twin: 80" x 39"
• Full/Double: 75' x 54"
• Queen: 80" x 60"
• King: 80" x 76"
• California King: 84" x 72"
