New Location this Year! Marriott Cincinnati Northeast | 9664 Mason Montgomery Rd. Mason, OH 45040. Ranked 20 out of 335 Marriotts for event service, we are very excited to welcome you to experience our Gala 2024 at this beautiful new-to-us location!
Time: The event begins at 5:30 PM.
Attire: Join us for 'A Night in the Tropics' where the dress code is Tropical Elegance. Think of the relaxed ambiance of a tropical paradise, combined with a hint of refinement. We encourage attire that is comfortable yet stylish – linen or light fabric dresses, breezy skirts, elegant Hawaiian shirts, and slacks. Accessorize with a splash of vibrant colors, floral patterns, or tropical motifs to truly embrace the spirit of our theme.
We aim for a relaxed but elegant vibe; please refrain from beachwear or overly casual attire. Let's create an enchanting evening that captures the essence of the tropics with a sophisticated twist!
Ticket Information:
- Single Admission: $125 ($115 unitl February 3)
- Couple Admission: $250 ($225 until February 3)
- Table of 8: $1000 ($850 until February 3)
- Table of 8 +2: $1250 ($1075 until February 3)
All guests who register by February 3 will be put into a drawing to win an overnight stay at the Marriott Northeast the night of the Gala on March 2!
Entertainment: We will welcome back Bluewater Kings Band, a high energy band that will play some of your favorite dance songs! As always, we will have games, auctions & more!
Dinner: Enjoy open bar, appetizers, & a unique fine dining meal especially planned & created for our event!
