• Pass out Marketing Materials and Share on Social Media - Pick-up marketing materials at YWCA for distribution, including flyers, posters, and lawn signs, and share your excitement for Race Against Hate 2025 on social media!
• Packet Pick-up - The week prior to Race Day assist YWCA staff with registering new participants, as well as providing a t-shirt and course information for all those registered. Indicate the day and time that works best when submitting your volunteer interest form.

• Gear Check - Assist participants with checking their belongings in and out the Gear Check tent.   FILLED
• Awards Tent - Help distribute awards to this year's 8K, 5K, and fundraising team winners  FILLED
• Food and Water Tent - Distrbute free water and snacks to participants  FILLED
• Check-In Tent - Check-in participants who registered prior to Race Day  FILLED
• Registration Tent - Register and process participants signing up for the Race  FILLED
• T-shirt & Swag Tent - Assist participants in purchasing and picking-up pre-purchased Race Against Hate swag  FILLED
• Course Marshals - This role is more important than ever due to our course changes this year, and we are currently short on volunteers! Cheer on runners and pass out water! The more, the merrier!

Arrival time for volunteers on Race Day is 6:15 AM
