We have accomplished so much in the past year--conducting a comprehensive paid family leave evaluation among Indiana government employees and collaborating with partners to secure a baby benefit payment for very low income parents--just to name a couple of action areas. But there is such critical work ahead as we see the erosion of protections and rights among women, the LGBTQ community, immigrants, and people of color. ICADV continues to work for the safe, stable and nurturing conditions that can prevent violence and enable all of us to thrive.
