I was invited to visit the St John Center several years ago.  Within minutes of being there I felt the genuine caring the staff had for the homeless men in our community. 

The first value listed on the St John Center website is what I witnessed: Dignity - We believe in the dignity of every human being. We strive to call each person by name. We recognize that homeless individuals have experienced a high level of trauma, so we strive to be a refuge and a safe haven.  The staff and volunteers at the Center are truly doing God’s work.

Over the past several years I have been fortunate to be involved in the RTR event, as a member of the sponsorship committee and as an attendee of the event.  My family and friends have attended the RTR event and have had a great time supporting a great cause.  Whether this is your first RTR event, or you are a regular, I hope you will do what you can to help support the 2021 RTR event.  Thank you!
