I am so excited to "GET MOVIN" and raise funds and hope for the families affected by Phelan-McDermid syndrome! Starting May 22nd and going through June 12th I plan to do my regular morning workout AND row 2200 meters, walk 2.2 miles or sit in 135 degrees sauna for 22 minutes each day and I'd be honored if you would help me by making a donation in honor of my son, Hayden!! The Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation (PMSF) means a lot to me and our family. Every donation will help us reach our goal.

Hayden regulates by movement, so we take lots of walks to improve his quality of life. Recently his body does not regulate his body temperature, so we have to be careful and get creative.
