We are fully engaged and committed to continuing services for the students and adults in our programs. Schedule disruption and isolation resulting from the COVID-19 crisis has been challenging for individuals and families in our community. For the past 6 months we have continued to provide a lifeline to parents through remote learning, teletherapy and support groups.
Public funding for adults has decreased 50%, resulting in over a $50,000 budget deficit each month, coupled with increases in expenses to purchase PPE gear, and outfitting the facility with required equipment such as thermo scanners, self containing sinks, and plexiglass. This situation has caused gaps in our operating budget that cannot be filled without the generosity of grants and donations.
Please consider donating to the Relief Fund today and help our students, adults, and families have the support they need to weather the short and long-term impacts of this crisis.
